Due to the confusion around logging in as a premium subscriber from our map/globe, we have released a new subscriber workflow to automatically recognize that you are entering store credentials on the Everywhere account Sign in ([https://account.adsbexchange.com/](https://account.adsbexchange.com/) ) as per the attached screenshot. hello Elana, So, to understand… - you first purchased a subscription via [https://store.adsbexchange.com/](https://store.adsbexchange.com/) - then you went to [https://account.adsbexchange.com/](https://account.adsbexchange.com/) and entered the email address you used to purchase the subscription in the store? - and then what happened? Can you send screenshots of each of these steps? thank you. ---

Hi Demetrio Well I’m looking at the account and the site says” We’re working on your order, and we’ll dispatch it as soon as it’s ready” – I’m guessing I’ll be notified when it’s dispatched and I’ll receive login instructions? I guess I was expecting to have access immediately, but it’s possible I’m wrong. Can you confirm how the order is “dispatched?” Thanks so much for your help so far! Yes. I just checked the store and your subscription is already active until March 8, 2026. So, the next step is to go to [ADSB Exchange - Account](https://account.adsbexchange.com/) and enter the same email address and password you used for the Shopify store. It will then prompt you to create an Everywhere account (and link your store account & subscription). Please send a screenshot of what happens when you do this? Ty. ---
