# Subscription not working

I have a user account with an active subscription, and the dashboard confirms that my account is linked. However, when I try to access the map, it behaves as if I don’t have a subscription

If you’ve logged into [https://account.adsbexchange.com/](https://account.adsbexchange.com/) and verified that your subscription is linked and active, before proceeding to [https://globe.adsbexchange.com/](https://globe.adsbexchange.com/) , but not seeing “Premium active!” there, it’s likely that something in your browser is interfering with the required cookies.
