# Unable to login from Androis App

While I’m trying to login to my premium account, there is a popup message telling me to use a specific url: “Please use the original website [https://globe.adsbexchange.com/](https://globe.adsbexchange.com/) or official application to sign in”

The result ist, that I am seeing these ads and not being able to use any premium features (I pay for).

Two questions:

How do I connect to this “original website” out of the app?

What is meant by “official application”? AM I using some kind ofg unofficial one?

ADSBx doesn’t provide any mobile apps, so presumably you are using some unofficial one??
