The data is pretty old, but it seems to be available. I noticed this helicopter acb48d basically hovering all day on 01 Mar 2018. It started to get annoying, so I did some calling around to find out what it was doing. I recall that they were doing a traffic study, so the helicopter hovered in the same spot for hours. I’m wondering if it’s possible to get a copy of the track.
