Cannot add feeder ID to existing account

Hi, I recently refresh/reinstall my raspi 3b+. Unfortunately I forgot to backup myprevious uuid on my old raspi installation so I got a new one instead. Now I cannot add my new feeder ID to my existing account saying that the IP is different from what’s been recorded by the system or something like that. I’ve tried adding the new feeder id within raspi via VNC and still no luck.

Am I missing something here?

ps: when viewing ‘ADSBexchange Anywhere’ it did not see my feed, but adsbexchange-feed.service is alive and feeding to ‘feed2.adsbexchange.com:64004

Does ADSBexchange Anywhere say your connected?

No, It showed as feed not detected. Interestingly, the ip address was different to what’s shown on /whatismyipaddress.com. In raspi terminal, I tried curl /ifconfig.me, it showed me another different one. Both /whatismyipaddress.com and curl /icanhazip.com showed the same address. So I had 3 different results. Those were done inside raspi via realVNC from my local windows pc. Lol.

Ps: sorry I had to use “/” to remove auto hyperlink and avoid error :”only allowed 2 links in a post”

Sounds like your on a VPN or your ISP uses CGNAT, neither is compatible with the account process.
