New router help/question

There is a long back story to this but I’ll get right to the current situation. I had to replace my cheap router yesterday and once the feeder was on the new wireless network it ran overnight while my computer (and vpn) were offline. After boot this am and vpn autoconnect the feeder status page showed no feed, turned off the vpn and it showed the feed and I linked it to my account.

When I’m online with vpn the feeder status is no feed of course but from all appearances the feeder is feeding my account, anywhere stats are current and everything appears to be working except for the feeder status page. As long as I have feeder down notifications turned on is there anything to be concerned about? Do I need to unlink the previous link or just wait for it to shut down? Thanks!

https://www.adsbexchange.com/myip/ shows if there is currently an active feeder using the same public IP address as your browser. If your browser is using a VPN address, that would not be case, so what you’re seeing is normal and expected.

A router replacement would not normally change anything to do with feeder linking, so something else must have happened (part of that long back story?) If your feeder ID changed, the old one should disappear after some time (perhaps 30 days).

Thanks, no the back story involved loaning out my laptop with VNC access and a backup image at the wrong time and not having a backup to the backup, correcting that issue.
In the unlikely event I have to change wifi access in the future will editing /boot/wpa_supplicant.conf suffice or is there more?
