Portable Operation [Newbie to ADS-B]

Hi new to ADS-B Exchange feeding - joined feeding just 4 days ago so apologies for the newb Q

I bought the Raspberry Pi pack from ADSBX and got it up and running easily and I am wondering if someone could please share some guidance on portable operation of the feeder? I wish to be able to go to a location in my vehicle and operate in close to some locations eg airports airshows and the likes so I can feed in some data from some blackspots and events from time to time.

Any suggestions of do’s and don’t’s?

Thanks in advance
Phil

MLAT should be disabled (as it can’t function reliably) when you’re moving. If you use the ADSBx Pi image 9.0 and connect a USB GPS, it should track your location and automatically disable MLAT when it detects that you’re moving (and reenable it when you’ve been stationary for some period).

Other than that, you just need reliable power supply and internet service…
