Can't log into my susbcription

I think I might have two active accounts under the same email address. I’ve purchased a ‘Premium’ subscription, however when I log in with my email my feed is not ‘premium’.

If I log into the website using my email it shows ‘no subscriptions’, if I follow the link from the confirmation email (same address) it shows my ‘premium’ subscription.

The store (where you purchased your subscription) has a separate account system, because it’s operated by a third party (Shopify).

When logged in at ADSB Exchange - Account you should be able to enter the email address that you purchased your subscription with and then click on “Link Subscription”…
