Due to the confusion around logging in as a premium subscriber from our map/globe, we have released a new subscriber workflow to automatically recognize that you are entering store credentials on the Everywhere account Sign in (https://account.adsbexchange.com/ ) as per the attached screenshot. This will then walk you through how to create the Everywhere account (if you have not already done so) and will automatically link your store subscription to this account.
Well I’m looking at the account and the site says” We’re working on your order, and we’ll dispatch it as soon as it’s ready” – I’m guessing I’ll be notified when it’s dispatched and I’ll receive login instructions?
I guess I was expecting to have access immediately, but it’s possible I’m wrong. Can you confirm how the order is “dispatched?”
Yes. I just checked the store and your subscription is already active until March 8, 2026.
So, the next step is to go to ADSB Exchange - Account and enter the same email address and password you used for the Shopify store. It will then prompt you to create an Everywhere account (and link your store account & subscription). Please send a screenshot of what happens when you do this?
