Subscription problems

I just renewed my paid subscription and I’m still seeing ad’s on both my computer and my iPhone.

Navigate to https://account.adsbexchange.com/ - you should get a “Sign In” page. From there, you have two options…

  1. (the quick way to get rid of ads) At the bottom of that page, under “or continue to only remove ads”, click the “as subscriber” button, then login with your “store” account (the one you used to purchase your subscription).

  2. (the better way?) Create an account (if you haven’t already). Note that this is not the same as the store account (the store is operated by a third party, with their own account system). When you’ve created/logged into your account.adsbexchange.com account, select “Subscriptions” on the left, and follow the process to link your subscription.

Simply enter your subscription store credentials on account.adsbexchange.com and it will walk you through how to create and Everywhere account and then will automatically link your store account to it.
