I paid for the Premium Login with no ads. It even says that on screen all the while I have ads sliding onto the map from the left and ads on the right side above the list of aircraft. Is there a problem or did I get taken advantage of?

Click where it says Premium Login: no ads / Sat. Layer and login to your account, then make sure your subscription is linked to the account. You should then be able to get the ad-free map.
