Paid member seeing ads on iOS

I am a paid member but I can’t get rid of the ads on my iPad or iPhone. My subscription shows as “unfulfilled” - what does that mean?

hello. Are you trying to login using the “Premium Login” from the right panel of the globe/map? Is so, the confusion might be caused by our introduction of our new Everywhere account on August 8. If you are attempting to use your store account credentials to log in to remove ads, this will only work via the “As Subscriber” button at the bottom of the new account Sign In page. If the log in via “As Subscriber” does not work, might you send a screenshot of details of what you are experiencing?

Ultimately, we encourage you to set up a new Everywhere account and then link your store subscription to it as we will be building more and more features into this new account. Details are below.
