Cannot log in as a premium subscriber?

I suddenly cannot log in to my premium account as it wants a verification email to be sent. I have asked for this but no emails arrive in my ‘Inbox’. My susbcription also says my account is ‘unfulfilled’ ?

Please advise.

Hello Steve. Can you try this new workflow released last week: New Premium Subscriber login workflow ?

Essentially, just enter your store credentials on the account.adsbexchange.com and it will walk you through creating an Everywhere account and will automatically link your store account & subscription so that you have ad-free access across multiple devices.

Let us know how this goes.

I am not getting the opportunity to create an Everywhere account ; instead, I get this :

And when I hit ‘sign-in’ it comes up with a ‘re-verification email’ message but after I click on it I don’t receive any emails - I have tried this several times. I have also checked ‘junk’ items.

Please advise.

Our engineer has confirmed that your account does exist in our system, and that those re-verification emails were sent successfully from our end…

He recommends trying “Forgot Password” to trigger a reset email. Can you give that a try and let me know if that works? If not, can you check if there are any email blockers set up on your account or way to allow emails from ADS-B Exchange noreply@adsbexchange.com?

That doesn’t wort either Demetrio, as I just get this again and then don’t receive an email ?

We are seeing the emails go out successfully on our end, so can you check your email settings, blockers, and perhaps allow lists to see if you can add our adsbexchange.com domain as safe to pass through?

This has worked Demetrio ; however I am now guided to a ‘Flight Deck’ page - I can’t see anywhere to create an ‘Everywhere Account’ or do I not need to as I can now log in to my Premium account and remove all ads etc. from the map ?

Great. If you are on the Flight Deck page, then you have successfully created your Everywhere account!!

Next step is to click on “Subscriptions” menu item on the left side and it will take you to this screen…

Do you see any subscriptions at the bottom in the “Linked Subscriptions” list? and does it read “Yes” under Ad-free Subscriber?

If not, enter the email address you used in the store account to purchase your subscription in the section “Link Subscription” and click the button “Link Subscription”. This should link your store subscription to your Everywhere account.

Let me know once you are done with the above steps.

can you include a screenshot as I cannot tell that it is indicating active there?

Also, if it is Yes for ad-free, then please click the link to the “Tracking Map” anywhere on the Subscriptions page or anywhere on the menus of the Everywhere account. Your map/globe should be free of ads.
