For some reason, I am unable to log into my premium account on my iPhone. I add the email and password and for some reason the premium account doesn’t go active. Please help because I’m paying for something that I can’t even use.

What happens when you:
- Click on Premium Login from the globe/map in your screenshot above?
- You should get to ADSB Exchange - Account
- If so, simply enter your store credentials, then it will prompt & walk you through creating your Everywhere account.
- After you set up your Everywhere account, your store account & subscription will automatically be linked and you will have ad-free access from multiple devices.
STILL NOTHING… I get the same thing

Thank you for helping me in this matter. One minute I’m logged into ADSB on my phone but not my laptop but I can get it on my iPad . Please help get this straighten out
Please send screenshots of what you are seeing on your laptop where it is failing. Without screenshots of each step I outlined, I am not sure what is failing.
What’s failing is that I can’t sign into premium account on my iPhone iPad and my MacBook . That’s the problem. I just sent pictures on my last email about 45min ago

hey Jeff. The images did not come through on your recent posts (only your very first one on Mar 10), so can we take this one step at a time? What happens when you click on “Premium Login” from the right panel of the globe/map in your original screenshot? Please send a picture of what comes up. Thank you.
Thank you so much for the screenshots Jeff. Based on what you shared and testing on my end, it does appear that you already have an Everywhere account set up but perhaps have not fully activated it (because you are not being directed to set up an account). Can you try the “Forgot Password” mechanism to resend you the activation email?
If you still do not receive the email, can you check that you do not have any email blockers on. My last support ticket was resolved by the individual checking their email account for blockers and adding adsbexchange.com to their allow list.
if that fails, I will ask an engineer to investigate your account.

It worked thank you so much !!! is is there anyway I can get my account extended for the days I wasn’t able to get on my premium account.? I’m definitely not one of those people but my account wasn’t working for at least two weeks or so .

It looks like you are on a monthly subscription that renews monthly on the 6th of each month. I can readily refund you for the this month’s payment that went through on Mar 6, and then you would pay again on April 6 it appears. Does that work? That is, do you want to keep your monthly subscription?
No I don’t need a refund o didn’t know if you could give me credit by adding days to my account no money refund is necessary
