Some pages on the adsb exchange site mention grafana, and a PROMG option to activate this dashboard (e.g SD Card Image Documentation - ADS-B Exchange )
Is it possible to activate this option after installation?
If so, which url should I use to access the Grafana dashboard?

Prometheus/Grafana support was dropped years ago, as it was too much of a pain to maintain.
