In ADSB exchange it is possible to view my geolocation.
But wouldn’t it also be possible to create personal geographic markers?

You can specify the lat/lon of your site location, if it’s not accurate using geolocation - use a URL of the form:
https://globe.adsbexchange.com/?lat=XX.XXX&lon=-XX.XXX&SiteLat=XX.XXX&SiteLon=-XX.XXX&zoom=X.X
where lat/lon specify where the map view should be centered, and SiteLat/SiteLon specify your location (for the marker and range rings).
There is no way to create other geographic markers…
